Why don’t you have regular store hours?

Believe me, we’ve tried! While we do our best, our G+O team is also busy with personal and corporate gifting, in-home styling, and multi-family design, while running pop-ups, private parties, all while continually updating our store with new looks and limited collections. We also have a lot of meetings and we’re moms. But don’t worry, we post hours on Instagram! And if you need anything urgent, you can call, email or text the shop. 

Do you have seasonal hours?

Yes, we change them every quarter and keep you updated on our website or Instagram. 

How quickly can a gift be ready for pickup?

Turn around is typically 24 hours, but if you need something sooner just shoot us an email or text and we’ll be happy to help. 

If I need a rush gift and your store’s not open, is pickup available outside of store hours?

Absolutely. Even when the storefront is closed, we work in the shop Monday to Saturday and someone will be here to help! We’re always available by email, text and phone.

Do you do custom gifting?

We will customize anything! Just reach out over email, phone or text and we’ll walk you through the process. We’ll ask you a few questions to determine your needs, then put the box together. Average bundles are around $50, but we have no minimums.

Do you host private shopping events?

We sure do and it’s one of our favorite things! Up to 75 people and only $100 to book. It gets crazy, especially around the holidays, so best to book in advance. Learn more on our Private Shopping page and contact us here.

Shipping within the US

Shipping within the US is typically 2-7 business days.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to be completed before shipping.

All of our products are shipped from Mount Prospect, Illinois.

International Shipping

We do not provide international shipping on the website yet. If you are outside of the US, please email or call and we can provide a custom shipping quote for you.
